Why Choose Our Laser Cutting Services?

Engineered for architectural precision

Our lasers offer tight tolerances and repeatability that architectural workflows depend on, especially when parts must align, stack or nest within larger assemblies. You won’t have to compromise on fit or finish.

Fast, flexible delivery

We understand that schedules in architecture can pivot fast. With streamlined workflows and options for accelerated production, we support standard, next-day and priority delivery across the UK.

True collaboration with design teams

Upload your CAD files (DXF, AI, EPS or PDF vectors) and we’ll convert your vision into laser-cut reality. Our systems interpret complex data accurately, and our team will advise on material choice, nesting strategies and finish options to support constructability and visual impact.

Why Our Commercial Laser Cutting Services?

No minimum orders.

Need one prototype? Fine. Need 5,000 business cards? Also fine. We don’t force you into bulk orders just to work with us.

ISO 9001 certified.

That’s not just a badge – it means we document everything, calibrate regularly, and quality-check before shipping. Your February order will match the tolerances of your October reorder.

Materials We Work With

01

Stainless Steel

We cut 0.5mm to 3mm thickness. Great for durable signage, architectural details, and decorative panels. It won’t rust or corrode, so outdoor installations hold up.

02

Mild Steel

Budget-friendly option for structural components and industrial parts. We cut up to 6mm thick. Easy to paint or powder coat after cutting.
03

Aluminium

Lightweight but strong. Perfect for exhibition displays, retail fixtures, and prototype parts. We cut from 0.5mm to 5mm. It won’t rust and looks clean without finishing.

04

Leather

Intricate patterns for fashion, accessories, and upholstery. We cut genuine and faux leather without fraying the edges. 05

MDF

Smooth, consistent cuts for decorative panels and signage. The edges char slightly (that’s normal with laser cutting), but you can paint or seal them easily. We stock 3mm to 12mm.

06

Plywood & Birch

Natural wood grain shows through. Popular for wedding stationery, gift items, and architectural models. We cut 3mm to 12mm thickness. Birch gives you the cleanest edges. 07

Acrylic & Perspex

Our most popular material. Available in clear, frosted, coloured, and mirrored finishes. We cut from 1mm to 20mm thick. The laser gives you polished edges – no need for extra finishing on most projects. Used for signage, display cases, architectural models, and wedding decor.

08

Cardboard & Greyboard

Prototyping, packaging design, and large-format stationery. Fast and cheap to test designs before moving to final materials.

Applications Tailored to Architectural Projects

Our services support the full architectural lifecycle, from ideation to execution.

01

Signage

Shop signs, wayfinding, exhibition graphics, and dimensional lettering. We cut internal and external signage in acrylic, metal, and wood. Your logo comes out crisp – the laser doesn’t vibrate or chatter like a router.
02

Prototyping

Test your design before committing to production. We’ll cut one piece so you can check fit, function, and aesthetics. Make changes, then order your full run. 03

Architecture Models

Scale models need accuracy. Our ±0.1mm tolerance means your walls, floors, and details assemble without forcing. We’ve cut models for planning submissions, client presentations, and exhibition displays.

04

Wedding Invitations

Custom designs in wood or acrylic. Intricate patterns, monograms, and decorative elements. We’ve done everything from 50-piece intimate weddings to 500-piece events. 05

Packaging

Custom boxes, inserts, and display packaging. Test your packaging design before ordering from your manufacturer. Or run short batches for limited editions and special releases. 06

Fashion & Textiles

Intricate patterns in leather, fabric, and felt. The laser cuts clean edges without fraying. We’ve worked with designers on everything from leather bags to textile wall hangings.

We simplify the complex.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept for architectural laser cutting projects?

We accept standard vector files such as DXF, AI, EPS and high-resolution PDF formats. These ensure accurate interpretation of your design and minimise delays in production. If you need support refining or checking your files before cutting, we’re happy to advise on best practices to avoid common pitfalls.

Turnaround varies by size, complexity and material, but we offer flexible scheduling including standard lead times, priority slots and expedited delivery where project timelines demand it. Once we’ve reviewed your design and requirements, we’ll confirm an accurate timeline that aligns with your planning deadlines.

We operate advanced laser systems that deliver tight tolerances and repeatable accuracy vital for architectural fit-ups. Combined with rigorous quality checks at each stage, this ensures consistency across prototypes and full runs, so assembly, mounting or integration into building systems runs smoothly.

Absolutely. We’ll advise on materials based on performance, durability, finish and environmental requirements, whether you’re working with steel for structural elements, aluminium or metal cladding, acrylic for signage, or wood for interior features. You benefit from expertise that balances aesthetic intent with buildability.
